They should b the standard other car/truck restoration businesses should follow. From start 2 finish they treated me like family. I bought a 2004 Yukon Denali n June & it needed tons of work. They went above & beyond what I was expecting. They not only got me the best deals & prices u could imagine, but also did some work 4 free becuz some parts weren’t included in the initial quote r becuz the labor took longer than expected. Wen they finished & I came 2 pick up my truck I was n tears looking @ it & how it looked from the beginning 2 the finished product. 2 b honest I was kinda sad they finished becuz I knew I didn’t have 2 come back. That shows just how gr8 they treat u & the service they provide. If ur looking 4 honesty & integrity then this is definitely the place 2 bring ur vehicle. I brought in a 65 el Camino for a new stereo, new seatbelts, and some upholstery work. I’m very pleased with the result. Stereo sounds great and interior feels like very high quality work. They also did a great job communicating and establishing trust. Nice to work with an ethical shop

I cannot begin to express how utterly impressed I was with the people and service at Classic Touch. I took my ‘61 Thunderbird in to get some wiring looked at, and not only did they determine the problems, but SOLVED them in less than two days! When I need more work done on the T-Bird, they will be my first call no matter what. Anthony is a miracle worker, and Jesse and Karrie and two of the nicest people I’ve encountered in the automotive industry.

Got a referral from a friend recommending Classic Touch Interiors and Restorations. I had discovered what appeared to be a little surface rust to be quite a bit more severe. Karrie was very responsive, and Jesse did amazing work. Looks brand new. They got me scheduled very quickly, and work took about a week. I am very happy with their work, and would recommend to anyone.

Had a small tear in a leather car seat, contacted Karrie via email for an estimate. She was quick to respond, explained everything for us, got the material ordered and fixed up very nicely! Would definitely recommend the folks at Classic Touch Interiors and Restoration, and appreciate the work they did immensely!

Exceptional quality workmanship in body rust repair and restoration. Jesse and Karrie were a pleasure to work with in restoring an old imported 80-series Land Cruiser with a two tone paint scheme. Karrie was in regular communication with schedule and quoting the work, and Jesse was honest with the work he could do. All the more impressive that everything was accomplished with the skilled worker shortage during this pandemic. There was significant body rust on the vehicle on complex rounded bodywork that required great skill to shape and match, and Jesse and his crew could not have done a better job in crafting the panels and matching the original paint. The worklist included a rusted out kicker panel, rust-eaten lip around the rear hatch window, and rusted bottoms of the doors. Everything with significant rust was identified by Jesse and subsequently fixed over a month. There was even a point where the vehicle did not start anymore, and Jesse suggested some connections that could try to fix my oddball vehicle as the work was potentially beyond their capabilities. After a week of research on my part to no avail, they ultimately found that the batteries were low on fluid and they topped it up to get it running without delay. All the while, they pressed on with the restoration. Overall I am 100% satisfied with the work done at the price I paid. This was a hard lesson that rust repair is not cheap, but with the quality and customer service that Jesse and Karrie provided at Classic Touch Interiors and Restoration I'd say I got great value with choosing their shop. Thanks again for the hard work in fixing up my classic car!

My 2001 Silverado 2500 HD cre4w cab had received damage to the passenger side crew door and corner post, along with extreme damage to the bed behind it. The vehicle has been cared for properly and I needed a body/repair shop I could trust. Classic Touch Repair and Restorations was recommended to me by a representative of another shop. Jesse was confident that he could perform the required repairs. Although the work took longer than anticipated, mostly as a result of the difficulties finding replacement parts, especially given the uniqueness of my vehicle. Body shops are currently quite busy here and occasionally updates were not as timely as I would have liked, but overall communication was acceptable. The work was completed as proposed, with small items requiring an acceptable increase to the original estimate, to complete the job to their standards. Overall, I am pleased and would recommend using Jesse and Karrie's Classic Touch for this type of work.
